Now that your equipment has arrived, this page will walk you through what you received, how to get set up, and the onboarding process. You’re not expected to figure this out alone. We’re here to help every step of the way!

You should have received two boxes from our preferred vendor with the following items:

  • Monday–Friday: 6:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. CST
  • Saturday & Sunday: On-call only (please leave a voicemail for a callback).

Equipment Setup

To help you get started, please watch the Equipment Setup Video before your onboarding session.

Before joining your onboarding session, please ensure:

  • All peripherals are connected
  • Your PC is plugged in and powered on
  • You are connected to the internet (Wi‑Fi or Ethernet)

Onboarding Session: What to Expect

Please check your email for onboarding session invites.
You may choose either session based on your availability.

A support team member will reach out to assist with scheduling - please be sure to accept calls from 703‑828‑8859.

During your onboarding session, our IT specialists will help you:

  • Log into your device
  • Change your password, PIN, and fingerprint
  • Set up Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Transition from your personal device to your PCS device
  • Test your headset and camera (Please have your camera ready)
  • Confirm access to required partner systems

Attendance is recorded to confirm all equipment has been set up successfully.
