Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) proudly announces that Anthony Krepps, Executive Officer, has been named the 2026 Hubcap Award recipient by America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP). The Hubcap Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and outstanding service to veteran communities nationwide. The award will be formally presented at the America’s Warrior Partnership Awards Ceremony on February 25, 2026, in Washington, D.C.
Krepps recently joined PCS as the Executive Officer and brings a career rooted in service, integrity, and people-centered leadership. His selection for the Hubcap Award reflects a lifelong commitment to supporting veterans and strengthening the organizations and communities that serve them.

Introduced in 2026, the Hubcap Award honors a selfless leader dedicated to improving quality of life for veterans, their families, and caregivers while advancing efforts to prevent veteran suicide. The award is grounded in the legacy of Col. Leo K. Thorsness, a Medal of Honor recipient, one of the most highly decorated American airmen of the Vietnam War, and a founding member of AWP’s Board of Directors.
Throughout his career, Krepps has led across military, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, consistently prioritizing teamwork, accountability, and impact over personal recognition. He also serves on America’s Warrior Partnership’s National Advisory Council, helping advance initiatives that strengthen communities and expand access to critical resources for veterans and their families. His leadership philosophy centers on advancing people, building trust, and doing the right thing even when it is difficult.
Outside of his professional role, he remains deeply committed to service, family, faith, and community engagement. His recognition as a 2026 Hubcap Award recipient reflects both his professional leadership and his enduring dedication to those who have served.
